Ms. Kim has advised individuals, businesses and public entities in administrative forum and state courts regarding all levels of pre- and post-litigation concerns. Ms. Kim has successfully counseled clients in a variety of transactional and litigation fields, including contracts, fraud, franchise law, employment matters and litigated and resolved cases involving personal injury, products liability, competitive business practices, corporate litigation and general insurance matters. Ms. Kim also practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration to assist individuals, families and business owners with the planning and administration of their estates and businesses, to obtain the most desirable, advantageous and tax efficient course of action to preserve and transfer their wealth.
Ms. Kim was an extern with the United States Trustee's Office, which is a component of the United States Department of Justice that monitors the conduct of bankruptcy parties and private estate trustees, oversees related administrative functions, acts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures, identifies and helps investigate bankruptcy fraud and abuse in coordination with United States Attorneys, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and other law enforcement agencies.
Ms. Kim was also a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Hesperia from 2006-2007.
Ms. Kim's primary areas of practice are general business litigation, estate planning, and probate litigation.

Mr. Edward G. Operini, with his over 20 years of civil litigation experience has been serving the businesses and individual members of the Los Angeles County , San Bernardino County , and Orange County since 1987. With his insurance defense litigation background, Mr. Operini focuses his practice on real estate and business litigation matters even including those involving complicated probate issues. Since he opened his practice in 2001, Mr. Operini has expanded his practice to include probate, estate planning, and some creditor bankruptcy's work and collection of old debts and judgments. In regards to his estate planning practice Mr. Operini has helped many families plan their final wishes.
Mr. Operini believes that parties should try to resolve their disputes without involving the Courts; however, he realizes that numerous other parties are difficult if not impossible to resolve disputes with and one should not be afraid to go Court to get a fair resolution of their dispute. In this regard, Mr. Operini has handled numerous mediations, arbitrations, administrative trials and judicial trials for his clients. In addition to the trial work, Mr. Operini has handled appeals both prosecuting and defending actions before the Appellate Courts. Mr. Operini is also skilled in estate planning.
