Ms. Kim was an extern with the United States Trustee's Office, which is a component of the United States Department of Justice that monitors the conduct of bankruptcy parties and private estate trustees, oversees related administrative functions, acts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures, identifies and helps investigate bankruptcy fraud and abuse in coordination with United States Attorneys, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and other law enforcement agencies. Operini, with his over 20 years of civil litigation experience has been serving the businesses and individual members of the Los Angeles County , San Bernardino County , and Orange County since 1987. With his insurance defense litigation background, Mr. Operini focuses his practice on real estate and business litigation matters even including those involving complicated probate issues.
